Hokusai-VTE Study Design (Edoxaban):
Figure 19 presents the design of the Hokusai-VTE study.[12] Hokusai enrolled 8292 patients to either standard therapy with LMWH/unfractionated heparin (UFH) followed by VKA or to LMWH followed by edoxaban.
