Activity Overview
Current treatment algorithms reflect the importance of glucagon-like
peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) in the management of type 2
diabetes. However, clinicians often struggle with how to apply these
recommendations in the context of recent clinical evidence, including
efficacy, safety, nonglycemic effects, and patient-reported outcomes. In
this program, participants will review 2 case studies presented through
physician-patient interviews. The faculty panel will discuss each case
in the context of available evidence and provide clinical
recommendations based on their expertise.
