Model outputs summarize costs/savings relavant to each stakeholder

This Figure illustrates the calculated BIM outputs for cost savings, or in some situations added revenue, that are relevant to each stakeholder for the various treatment inputs.  For example, looking at total hospital readmission costs and total sleep study cost, as they apply to the hospital, what are the savings that will be seen for the various inputs?  From the perspective of the DME provider, what are the total device acquisition and repair costs, supply costs, supportive care costs, and total set up costs?  Finally the model calculates total reimbursement, which obviously impacts all three stakeholders.  The final output is cost savings for each year, plus year over year and cumulative 5-year cost savings, as well as an overall return on investment.
