This Figure illustrates the result of a one-way sensitivity analysis performed on the model, varying each of the various input parameters by plus or minus 20% and run through a Monte Carlo simulation with 10,000 iterations to gain a better perspective of which variables are driving the cost savings for each stakeholder.  As shown in Figure 15, it is the reimbursement that the hospital is receiving, as well as the readmission cost reduction that accounts for the majority of the savings, positive or negative, for the hospital.
