FIG. 49:  For TE-CSA, we generally recommend patients continue with CPAP therapy, while assuring them that for the majority, events are usually transitory and likely to resolve.  However, in patients with persistent symptoms or events on repeat titration, ASV may be indicated.  BiPAP ST may also be tried, but BiPAP without a backup rate should not be used.
