Acute Hemodynamic Tolerance on ASV
We decided to put this patient on adaptive sleep ventilation (ASV). Before starting the ASV therapy at home, we tested the ASV with 1 hour of blood pressure monitoring. As can be seen in this Figure, the blood pressure stays relatively constant for the duration of trial of the ASV.
