FIG 8: Putting together the polysomnographic findings from the previous Figures, the conclusion was that this patient had predominant central breathing disturbances, with several underlying cerebral, cardiovascular, and cardiac diseases, including a slightly reduced ejection fraction (49%) indicating incipient heart failure.
