To complete his phenotyping, the patient underwent a new sleep study.  Before he was diagnosed with heart failure, he had OSA.  Therefore at the time of this new sleep study, the surprise was that the majority of his events were central. The Figure shows a central event, with very long cycling and a low LVEF.
