FIG. 34: In addition to the mortality benefits, it also appears that pulmonary rehabilitation following an exacerbation has a substantial effect on subsequent hospitalizations. This Figure shows the same analysis as shown in the last Figure, this time showing that pulmonary rehabilitation following exacerbations is also associated with a decrease in hospitalizations, with an odds ratio of 0.22.
