FIG. 10: Although neither the EAU[1,2] nor the AUA guidelines] on bladder cancer[3,4] have much information about variant histology, owing to the lack of evidence, in contrast, the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines[5] cover it in some detail. They provide some exact working recommendations, despite the lack of evidence, which is clearly stated.
