FIG. 9:  The AUA)/American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO)/American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO)/SUO guideline on treatment of non-metastatic muscle-invasive bladder cancer[4] describes every characteristic of urine histology as unique. The guideline acknowledges that no standard therapy or standard diagnostic workup has been defined, and that early systemic therapy should be considered.
