High-risk disease recommendation
FIG. 13: The highest risk patients are not specifically classified as such in the AUA guideline,[1] but it is recommended that they should be offered a second course of BCG, or (in fit patients) radical cystectomy may be considered. The EAU guidelines[2] give a stronger recommendation, for cystectomy as first treatment option in these patients.
