FIG. 43:  Despite the previous conclusions, in this series of patients with T1 high-grade bladder cancer from Herr et al[61] (Figure), no BCG maintenance was given but patients were still treated with re-induction. A number of patients (20-30%) experienced disease recurrence and eventual disease progression.
