What to do about increased LDL?

One option is to cycle carbs. There has been documentation in the literature, as well as a lot of clinical experience, that just adding some potatoes, sweet potatoes, and more fruit to a ketogenic diet can help lower LDL. But sometimes people come out of ketosis or the ketone levels decrease, which you may not want to do if you're using it as a medical intervention. But that is one way of lowering LDL-cholesterol for someone who's enjoying the lifestyle benefits of a low carb diet, but perhaps doesn't need to have those higher ketone levels.
