Treatment can be slow

FIG. 9:  In the UK, it takes an average of 86 days to go from diagnosis to the initial treatment choice, and another 30–35 days before initiation of radical treatment.[11]  So in total it takes around 112 days from an initial diagnosis of bladder cancer until a patient begins definitive treatment.
