Low Risk Disease Recommendations

FIG. 7:  This Figure shows the recommendations of both guidelines for treatment in low-risk patients, who are basically those with low-grade Ta lesions.  Both the AUA[1] and the EAU[2] recommend a single postoperative instillation of chemotherapy within the first 24 h.  Neither guideline recommends additional treatments in these low-risk patients.
